I am finding myself in a season where I don’t feel I have much to say. That can be a problem when you are managing 2 blogs. My passion for photography seems to have come up at the right time. I seem to be expressing more through capturing images rather than stringing words together.

I just posted some photos from my trip to Rogers Gardens this morning. Every once in a while it is good to just get out and experience beauty. I am finding that my soul needs beauty right now. It is how I am taking a deep breath. I hope you enjoy some of what I experienced this morning on my stroll through the garden.

Gem- reading your post reminded me of exactly how I’ve been feeling the last couple of months. I was stuck behind a desk,pushing paper and not getting creative. I am on a sabbatical of sorts and immersing myself in creativity. One outlet is photography. Like you, I am finding it serene and eye opening, like a breath of fresh air. I’m opening my eyes more and seeing things from a completely new perspective. It feels great!
I’m going to keep shooting and keep looking.
